PRE-ORDERED ITEMS

When you place a pre-order with us, you acknowledge and understand that the item has not yet been released or delivered. We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe, but this timeframe is subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil pre-orders on time, but delays may occur.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Customers ordering from the UK are entitled to free delivery.

Please be aware that customers ordering from overseas may incur additional delivery costs based on postal charges specific to their location. These charges will be calculated and added to your order total during the checkout process. We encourage international customers to review the applicable delivery fees prior to making a purchase. 

REFUND POLICY

 Please note that we do not offer refunds for any purchases. If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us through the form provided below.
